bai um eine künstliche 560 Hektar große Insel, The Palm Jumeirah
Dubai, Realität werden zu lassen: The Ruler of Dubai und Donald
Trump. Aus Wüste und Küstengebiet entsteht in den Vereinigten
Arabischen Emiraten eine neue Attraktion: Die weltweit größte
künstliche Insel. Eine von insgesamt drei Inseln, die Dubais Küs-
te um ca. 520 Kilometern verlängern. Mit zeitweise 40.000 Mann
wurden 100 Millionen Kubikmeter Erde bewegt, sieben Millionen
Tonnen Steine geschüttet. Rund 30 Luxushotels und mehr als 1500
Villen mit jeweils eigenem Strandzugang warten auf Besucher
und Bewohner.

and coast a new attraction evolves in the United Arab Emirates:
the world‘s largest artificial island. One of three islands that extend
Dubai‘s coastline by 520 kilometers. With up to 40,000 men, 100
million cubic meters of earth and seven million tons of stones were
moved. Approximately 30 luxury hotels and more than 1500 villas
with private beach access await visitors and residents.
